With a cool new version of LW on the way, a few questions
for Allen and Stuart:
What's happening with graphic card support for the next
version of LW and Modeler? Will the upgrade to current
Toaster owners let us use cards (like my EGS Spectrum)
for modeling, layout and rendering? Will LW and Modeler
take advantage of the higher resolution screens and
color depths such cards provide?
Will modeler allow solid model preview renderings without
having to go to the LW screen?
Will the upgrade to current owners allow us to render
and model at the same time?
How about rendering in the background at a lower priority
while using the Toaster in a video edit session?
Seems like all this should be possible...
Best,
-Jamie (high res, high color, multitasking maniac) Krutz
